The adoption is a means to support monetarily the <a title=\"Ohio Wildlife Center\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ohiowildlifecenter.org\/\">Ohio Wildlife Center<\/a> in their rehabilitation of Birds of Prey and other Ohio wildlife. Birds of Prey are often injured by natural and unnatural means, sometimes purposely by man.The Ohio Wildlife Center is an important rehabilitation center for these birds. They release these birds and other wildlife back into our ecosystem after successful rehabilitation efforts. Sometimes these animals cannot be released because of permanent injuries that would cause them to be unsuccessful in their natural habitat. Thus, our adoption of Barnaby, a permanent resident of the center, allows the Ohio Wildlife Center to house and feed Barnaby and supports in a small way the rehabilitation of other Birds of Prey and provides funds for education regarding habitat loss.
