the relationship between macromolecular structure and function, and have found a way to appease that interest by studying Cre-loxP recombination via a variety of biophysical characterization techniques. My current goal is to continue PRE experiments with full-length Cre to gain insights into the structure and dynamics of intermediates along the recombination pathway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B.S.
