Her undergraduate research focused on characterizing the active site of an antibiotic resistant aminoglycoside nucleotidyltransferase enzyme, ANT(6)- Ia, from B. subtilis.<\/p>\n<p>In the Jackman lab, Olivia studies the tRNA methyltransferase Trm10.
