In 2011, he received his BS in chemistry from Penn State University, where he conducted undergraduate research under Prof. Thomas Mallouk. He joined the Wu group in winter 2012 and has worked on p-type delafossite semiconductors for dye-sensitized solar cells. Tom\u2019s current research includes synthesizing and characterizing cuprous delafossite oxides to be used as transparent conducting oxides and electrocatalysts.
