She received her B.S. in Material Physics and Honors Degree in Physical Science from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2011. She joined the Wu group in fall 2011 and received her MS in chemistry from The Ohio State University in 2014. She has worked on the synthesis of few-layer MoS<sub>2<\/sub> for electronic devices and studies different Mo-S clusters\u2019 geometric and electronic structures using X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS).
