The lab has returned to BPS, and to Cali! This time in San Francisco, Vlad’s old stomping grounds! Daisy, Jacob, and Vlad had very engaging poster sessions, and Neil gave a compelling talk on the enzymatic characteristics of different IRE1 oligomeric states. Of course, we enjoyed bountiful feasts and drinks across the city (and we obviously loved the famous SF cable car, even if it did get stopped due to a fire emergency!). We formed plenty of new research ideas and fruitful scientific connections on top of the fun memories!
