Congratulations to Katie on passing candidacy! After she finishes grading exams, she’ll be taking some much needed time to relax at home and prepare for some fencing tournaments this summer in Atlanta and Pheonix. When she’s back in lab, she’ll start working on a better way to control the oligomeric state of EphA3 (and getting the protein to actually behave well).
