Minyang is from Changsha, China. He received his BEng and MEng in Textile Engineering Department at Soochow University. He completed Ph.D. in chemistry at Indiana University – Bloomington, where his research was focused on the synthesis of organometallic compounds and their electrochemical applications. His current research focus is on the development of hybrid materials in LED applications. In his leisure time, he likes hiking with his family and friends.
