My research focuses on developing paper-based immunoassays combined with mass spectrometry to diagnose diseases such as leishmaniasis (in humans and dogs) and colorectal cancer. I’m also engaged in research using metabolomics to uncover biomarkers and molecular diseases fingerprints, bringing my love for pathology into mass spectrometry research.
Outside the lab, I love staying active, experimenting with high-protein recipes, and more recently diving into creative projects, and discovering new cafés with great pastries, often just for the vibe!
