Jaylen E. Taylor is from Grand Blanc, Michigan. She graduated Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University in 2020 with a B.S. in Biochemistry. At EMU she worked in the labs of Dr. Deborah Heyl-Clegg and Dr. Hedeel Evans, where she studied the anti-cancer efficacy of cysteine deleted tachyplesin peptide analogs.
Jaylen joined the lab in March 2021.
