We use a nearest-neighbor formalism to generate a simplified binding polynomial for the 2048 configurations of TRAP + 0-11 Trp ligands, and show that temperature dependence of the ITC data provides sufficient data to constrain parameter space and define microscopic binding and interaction thermodynamics.
